1990 VW VANAGON WESTFALIA CAMPER GL, delivery available in CONUS (continental US) This is a great camper. Drive anywhere, ready for camping, enjoy it now - you do not need to work on this Vanagon before you can enjoy it. 170K miles. Automatic - thought I would not like automatic, but it has been great. Maintained by Vanagon specialists. Planned to keep this bus for the long term & did repairs to keep & drive. Situation changed so I cannot use as much as I had planned & have decided to sell. Runs & drives great. Newer Michelin Agilis 81 185r14c 8 ply rated tires. Head gaskets replaced last year, no mechanical issues except A/C as noted below. Exhaust is quiet. Propane stove, propane fridge, sink all worked last year, the last time I used them. Good interior including upper bed. Includes all privacy curtains. Includes rear hitch. Ready to drive cross country. I drove Cincinnati – Seattle – Jasper, BC – Cincinnati 2 years ago. Drove to Cincinnati – Washington, DC last year. Canvas on pop top has a small tear on top edge where mounted to fiberglass top. Front window in canvas closes fine, but screen zipper will need to be repaired or replaced to close completely. Some rust in seams, worst is on the left side lower center section. Couple of small dents – worst is lower right rear corner. (See photos). Cracked windshield – same as when I bought it. Has A/C but did not work when I bought it, & I never had it checked out. Some lights in dash do not work. Cannot imagine a nicer driving Vanagon. Very strong engine. I can deliver anywhere in the US for cost of gas (at 18mpg) + $200, if total cost of camper plus expenses is prepaid. You will need to be a little flexible on delivery time, but should be able to deliver to west coast within 3 weeks of close of auction.
