This CRV is brand new in excellent condition-clean as new! I am selling because it was my Fiancee's car but we are no longer together and I don't need 2 cars... It has had all the routine maintenance performed by a Autopark Honda in Cary NC (I have records to prove it) according to the owner's manual. It is literally in perfect condition with 10,760 miles on it, has new tires, and just had an oil change. I payed extra for a Simoniz treatment for the interior when I bought the car, which means any stain, spill, hole, rip, tear, or puncture is under a lifetime warranty and will either be cleaned or replaced for free by any Honda dealership. I'm not looking to make any money back I'm just looking to get rid of the car. This is a steal and I am willing to show you payoff data and the documents from when I purchased the car to prove I'm not trying to stiff anyone. If you want a car I want to get rid of one-basically take over the payments and consider us square... Kelly Blue Book's private party sales estimated value is $23,475 if it's in excellent condition (it is), 22,225 if in good condition, & 20,375 if in fair condition. I'm asking for less than what KBB recommends in all scenarios and KBB doesn't take into account the Simoniz treatment. Right now the CRV has and therefore comes with the extended 10 year 100,000 mile warranty that covers absolutely everything but the payoff amount with this option remaining is $22,300. Under the warranty the most your deductible will ever be for any maintenance required is $100. Where things get flexible is I can call and cancel the warranty if you want to bring the price down... That will bring the remaining payoff amount down to approximately $20,600. It is entirely up to you, I'm willing to make a few calls if it helps me get rid of the car. No point in making car payments for a car I don't drive... The paperwork for these additional services will be transferred with the vehicle. The interior is black fabric and the exterior is Urban Titanium Metallic according to Honda. I call it a black-metallic gray color. See pic below.
