Vehicle Detail

Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE HI MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 Your are bidding on a 1986 Nissan 200SX Turbo that was originally bought by my grandparents. My parents bought it for my brother as his first car in 2007. We are selling it now because he has bought another car and there is no room for the Nissan. To start off, the car runs and is in decent shape considering the mileage and age and could be restored. When it was brand new this car was the top of the line and fully loaded. I believe that given time this car could eventually by a valued collector item due to its rarity. Everything on the car is still the original, the tires are in good shape with the original wheels, all the trim is still on the car, and the air conditioning works good. It does have some problems however; first of all the body does have some hail damage and the passenger side fender has some damage from a minor accident but the pop-up light still works. Also the paint on the hood is fading. The interior is clean and in decent condition but there are a few tears as can be seen from the pictures. Also the interior dome light does not turn on when the doors are open and the friendly voice that reminds if the lights are left on or the keys are left in the ignition does not always work anymore. The speedometer also just recently stopped working. The car is running and great for driving around the city in, unfortunately though the turbocharger no longer works. We tried to replace it but Nissan dealer could not find the part so instead the dealer bypassed the turbocharger so it could run. This car would be great for someone who just wants some cheap transportation or a collector who would like to restore a rare automobile in decent condition.
