You are bidding on a 1960 Cadillac, true Coupe Deville with only 69K miles. I purchased this beauty from the original owners in Billings, Montana in April 1998. One family owned this Cadillac from 1960 until I purchased in 1998. I cannot say enough about this unmolested, original throuhout Coupe Deville. Everything about the car is original from the beautiful black paint to the black and white interior. This car needs nothing, fly in and drive it home. It is equipped with A/C, power window, power brakes, 6 way power seats, power antenna with working AM radio and automatic eye dimmer for the head lights. All the gauges and lights are working as they should. It is riding on four new wide white wall tires. It still has the original Cadillac floor mats that came with the Cadillac. The trunk is huge and still has the jacking instructions attached to the upperpart of the trunk. It is a pleasure to drive this 23 ft. automobile. You can see from the pictures this vehicle has had nothing but the best of care and has always been garaged all its life. I have had it several years but now my health tells me I need to let it go, I am not a young man anymore. It is really quite difficult to describe this Cadillac because it is everything it should be and more. It is big and it is beautiful. Arguably the most beautiful of the Cadillac's ever made. Check out the lines; the front and rear views of the window from the side are really spectacular. This 1960 Coupe Deville is one of the longest, the lowest, and the largest finned cars Detroit ever built. The 1960 Cadillac however, was one of the last of the way-out designs of the late year 1950's. In this vehicle you will find the 390 cu inch engine generating 325 horsepower, the transmission jetaway is automatic 4-speed. For the fourth consecutive model year, the new Cadillac's received major styling changes. The 1960 Cadillac's were much more restrained in styling than the flamboyant 1959 models. The towering, rocket ship tail fins were gone, replaced with lower, much cleaner fins which gave the 1960 Cadillac a long, unbroken body line from the peak of the front fenders to the rear of the car. Except for small script nameplates on the rear fenders, the 1960 Cadillac Coupe DeVille was identical in appearance to the less expensive Series 62 Coupe, which made this model the third most poplar in the 1960 Cadillac line.
