Car has been dismantled completely (frame off),body and frame pressure bead blasted clean and repainted before re-assembly, same with all parts, all refurbished or replaced, body resealed, primed and top coated with urethane base coat, clear coat with all new weather stripping, car restored to original new condition, same color. Is now 90% complete, just needs an interior kit (seat cover,carpet, headliner,door panels) still has old seat with temporary cover, old interior removed, but comfortable to drive as is. Engine is the original 220 HP 283 w/ Rochester 4JC carb, engine has been rebuilt for the first time, only 2k since rebuild, have replaced 4JC with 2JC for fuel economy, original trans, differential and radiator rebuilt. All body sheet metal is original, most trim original, new body mounts and bumpers,all glass original except windshield replaced new. Has all new suspension parts, coils,bushings,shocks,new tires,brakes,master cylinder and parts, original rims and caps, muffler and pipes are old but good. Radio and speakers are new, heater box refurbished and works excellent. Still have all old original parts including the original black license plates. Car has been in my family since new, new sold, was given to me by the original owner, my uncle, who took delivery January 1964, Oakland, Calif, car was given to for restoration in 1991, approx 10 year restoration project, driven 2k since restore, has current up to date license and registration, runs excellent, very reliable and can be driven anywhere, gets 18+ MPG hwy.
