2001 VW PASSAT Up for auction we have a 2001 VW Passat with 162,865 miles. V6 motor that has plenty of power. A 5 speed transmission that feels great and shifts smoothly. There is a valve gasket leak, but doesn’t leak bad at all plus a check engine light. The exterior still has plenty of shine, with a small amount of rust on the back of the trunk (see pics). The interior is in good shape the arm rest is a bit cut up (see pics). I’d say the tires have about 605-70% tread left. The stock radio has been replaced with a in-dash DVD player (Pioneer AVHP4000DVD) which is a great upgrade, The downside is the controls on the steering wheel no longer work. AC blows cold. Heated seat work great. I have driven this car back and forth to buffalo a few times without a problem. This really is a great car for a great price. Payment Terms: The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 1 business day of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Payment Methods: Cash (In Person), certified check. Fees and Taxes: All sales are responsible for a 250.00 Ohio Doc Fee and appropriate sales tax and plate fees.
