The engine and transmission were built using the very best components for performance and longevity. No expense was spared and no corners were cut in building this truck. It has been NSRA safety inspected and passed. The body is all steel and rust free. The original frame is completely boxed and powder coated. The bed is oak with stainless steel bed strips and the tool box is mounted in the bed. Suicide doors are opened by hidden release or remote transmitter. Both doors close tightly and fit nicely. Tires are B.F. Goodrich Silvertown Radial Wide Whites with P185/70R15 on the front and P255/70R15 on the rear. The rims are powder coated Cokers The leather seat makes driving comfortable. Gauges are all VDO, easy to see and read. Flaming River tilt steering column with a LaCarra leather wrapped steering wheel. Air conditioning is Vintage Air with A/C, heat and defrost. Electric power windows and remote hood release. Electric windshield wiper.LED tail lights and third brake light. AM/FM CD stereo with remote control. Speakers are mounted and covered by the upholstry so they are heard and not seen. The wiring harness fuse block, Optima battery and MSD ignition module are mounted under the removable seat. Remote lugs are accessible under the passenger side running board in the event of a battery failure. The engine is a small block Chevrolet with Lunati internals including forged pistons, steel crank, rods, Brodix aluminum angle plug heads and an Edelbrock high flow water pump. The supercharger is a Mooneyham 671 with two 600 cfm Holley Carburetors. Mooneyham is recognized as the world leader in supercharging. Water, fuel and a/c lines are braided stainless steel for total reliability. The ignition is controlled with an MSD Ignition box with an adjustable rev limiter. The radiator is aluminum with primary and secondary electric cooling fans. Turbo 350 transmission with a BTE stall torque converter. Ford 9” rear end. Independent front suspension is Mustang II with rack and pinion steering. The power brakes are disc on front, drum on the rear. The power brake booster is mounted under the truck to leave a clean firewall. The truck that looks great, is fun to drive and will get up & go! It is currently registered, insured and regularly street driven with a Texas Title.
