Vehicle Detail

This was my Grandmothers car.  She purchased it brand new in 1967 and owned until 2010 when I inherited it.   The car has never been outside of Southern Arizona, it's never seen snow or salt and it's barely seen rain.  It was garaged since new.  The interior is in pretty good shape for its age.  The car has factory original AC and it works.  It starts right up and drives as it should, straight down the road.  The car does drip some oil and is dirty underneath and in the engine bay. There is no rust under the car but it is covered in grease/road grime from 43 years of casual driving.  I have the original title from 1967 and the original owner's manual is somewhere at my Grandparents house buried in a pile of papers. When it turns up it will go to the new owner.   The engine has been replaced.  What was originally a 327 is now a 307.   It was replaced sometime in the late 70's.  I've had difficulties verifying the actual mileage, it may very well be 165,000.  For as long as I knew her she drove it to plan tennis on Sundays and that was the only time it left the garage.  The emission records indicate that it is 65,000 but I could only find them going back to the early 90s.  It's not inconceivable that the original engine went bad before 65,000 miles... after all, it's a Chevy. That being said, THE ACTUAL MILEAGE IS UNKNOWN! The car has the original 10 bolt rear end, 2 speed power-glide, and drum brakes all around.     The shocks/tires are new and the car has been pretty well maintained.  The headlights covers do not operate except manually.  The car makes a clicking noise sometimes when in park and it wants to roll on inclines.  I've been told this is an easy fix but have not investigated it.  It smokes a little on startup but that is likely due to it not being started very often.  It drips some oil (rear main?) but it's not a significant amount.  I drive it around the block about once every 3 weeks to keep the fluids moving. The car has been repainted.  Sometime in the 80's.  It was originally Ash Gold.   No rust except some surface in the trunk which is apparently due to the leaky rear windows that are common on these old cars.  Again, this car has never been outside of Southern AZ, it has never seen salted roads or snow.  The dash is in good shape with no cracks.  The seam on the drivers seat is beginning to tear but it is only the thread, it is not cracked and there is no foam showing.  The center console rear ashtray is cracked.  The car is not in #1 show condition, if I had to grade it myself I would say its a clean #3 driver.  It is far from a project, however.  If you want a Camaro to fully restore, look elsewhere.  I will not sell it at that price.  If I were willing to take $12,000 or even $15,000 then I'd have sold it a long time ago.   I will consider partial trade (plus cash) for another vehicle/motorcycle/real estate.  I'm looking for a touring bike (BMW, Ducati, Suzuki) something with paniers, or a  Honda Fit/ Toyota Yaris, Prius or similar fuel efficient car. Possibly a Tacoma of Toyota 4x4, regular cab 4x4 diesel?   Things I'm NOT interested in; Harley's, big SUVs, old vehicles that aren't Toyotas, land in Texas, RV's,
