Vehicle Detail
1967 Mustang Fastback 2+2: -This is a REAL ORIGINAL 1967 Fastback 2+2-I believe it is an "A" Code since it has an "A" in the vin number. -351 Windsor Engine-T-5 "World Class" 5 speed manual transmission -New Flywheel and clutch set-up.-This car runs and drives.-Hooker Headers.-Brand new Flow Master Exhaust System (American Thunder Series) from headers back, very throaty sounding.-New Gas tank and gas tank internals. -New Fuel lines. -Body has been completely restored, no rust or rot on this car. Clean and straight.-I have included close ups of the body panels so you can see the immaculate work that was done to it.-Car has been primed twice and sealed twice with black sealer.-The bottom has been undercoated twice.-It has drum brakes all around. Completely restored. New drums, pads, hardware and springs also new parking brake set up.-New brake lines and Brake Master Cylinder along with new brake cylinders.-I have every single part to restore this car, except bumpers, which I would buy new anyway.-I have all glass to the car except wind shield.-I have a middle console for the car as well as all other interior parts.-To much to list... -Over $19,000 Dollars invested in this project so far and I know some of it is going to be lost. I have set the reserve at a reasonable price. This car is an American Classic and they are getting rarer and rarer each year. I have receipts for everything that was bought for this car and I have a clear title for it as well. The car is available for showing during the evenings and weekends. It has been garage kept since the body has been restored. This restoration was done by a professional body man. The car needs an interior, a shot of paint and then reassembly. These cars are so easy to put back together, this is the third one I have had so far. Im selling because I just bought a house and could use some extra money right now. This would make an excellent father son project or a beautiful resto-mod. The possibilities are endless. Please no trades or tire kickers. If you are into Mustangs and looking for a great project, you can tell by these pictures that this is an excellent base to build off of. Only serious bidders or callers. The car is for sale locally and I reserve the right to cancel the auction at anytime. Pick up will be arranged by the buyer of the car. I will need deposit of $1000.00 at auction end and the full amount at time of pick up. The car is sold as is where it is. Please feel free to call me on my cell with any questions 201-264-4168, my name is Andrew.Or please e-mail me at Drewpic214@gmail.com. Thank you and happy bidding! On Jul-07-11 at 20:09:24 PDT, seller added the following information: -I just wanted to make clear that when I say, " I have every single part to restore this car, except bumpers, which I would buy new anyway." I also mean that this car will need an interior kit to make new as well. These are very inexpensive kits. I have original pieces of the interior like the original bucket seats, back seat, center console and dash pieces. -The engine is not restored. I have driven around in this car and it does run and drive. Transmission shifts very nicely. -Please e-mail me with any questions to clarify anything or for more pictures. Thank you. On Jul-07-11 at 20:14:58 PDT, seller added the following information: -Interior Kits for these cars usually include; headliners, floor carpet, and front and back seat upholstery, Door inserts and arm rests and sunvisors. -Everything else for the interior I have including the original sliding vents for cabin air and all fiberglass interior pieces that came inside the car.
