This is a very near "orig" car. It was owned by the previous owner for about fourty years. When he first purchased it in the Los Angeles area, he had it repainted the "orig" color and it still appears to be new paint. He always garaged it and it got what ever it needed in repairs and etc. He had the interior redone and the engine rebuilt at that time. The interior is like new, no damage at all. The engine has had a recent tuneup which included new; spark plugs, points, rotor, condenser, dist. cap and spark plug cables. It runs and drives like new. Starts easily. It has the three speed trans. Shift on the column. According to the son it has about 25,000 miles on the engine. The tires are about ten years old but appear to be in good condition and tread wear is excellent. Wide white side walls. All of the glass is in excellent condition. ( Some minor wiper marks.) The chrome bumpers, grille, door handles and etc are in like new condition. The stainless steel trim is also excellent. This is in such excellent condition that you could drive it to the next car show with pride. It has a few nicks in the paint that could be touched up. They donot distract from the overall view of the car. No rust in the floor area or rocker panels. Very rust free. The color of the paint is like "Sea Foam Green" . The interior is done in orig. green shade..Some items that may be be of concern to a new owner; the Overdrive option has a electric problem. There is a two inch tear in the carpet at the rear edge of the front seat.The front grille bar has a two inch section where to plating is peeling. The power is disconnected from the radio??? This is a VERY nice car. Must see to appreciate. Because of that it is priced a little on the high side, but it is worth it. More photos and info available on request.
