1962 Chevrolet Long Bed Stepside Pickup Truck - Parts or Restore Up for auction is a 1962 Chevrolet C10 stepside pickup truck - good for parts or possible restoration project. We do NOT have a title - sells with Bill of sale ONLY! As can be seen in photos, there is a straight 6, 230 motor with a 3 speed on the column transmission. The engine is missing some spark plug wires, battery, oil cap, air filter and hoses. The motor does not seem locked up as the fan manually turns approx. 10". The sheet metal is pretty solid with some rust and minor dents. The hood has a dent on the drivers' side top and in the center. Also, there are some small "BB" holes on the hood. There is rust at both side corners of the hood also. The rockers are fair with some rust. The floor pans do have rust holes underneath the rubber floor mat. Floor seems solid underneath the seat area of the cab. The doors and tailgate all shut. The drivers' side door does hang up and you have to push or pull really hard to open it. As can be seen in the photos, the windshield is badly damaged. The passenger window is broken out, but the frame looks to be there. The wing window is intact. The drivers' side window is gone, the wing window is there. The rear window is still intact. The door handles and window handles are all present. There is not a seat in the truck and we do not have one. The radio is also missing. The paint is flaking off of the interior sides of the doors and roof. The frame looks good and solid with only surface rust. The bed floor is gone and the bed crossbeams are rusted out where they attach to the bed sides.
