1967 Plymouth Sport Fury III convertible for sale in great condition! 2 Door 383/325 HP Commando V8 Engine with Air Conditioning. The H code 383 is a 325 horsepower engine. It has a dual snorkel air cleaner. There are very few H code 383s out there, just over 3000 being made in original production. Exterior: Red. Electric Top: Black (Replaced about 10 years ago and in excellent condition, with real glass back window. Interior: Black. 57K miles, all original. Stored indoors, dry, since 1969. Only 2 other owners. Car cover used in any time spent outside (included in sale). Can be used as a regular driver - Passed MA inspection 2010/2011. Always insured. 8-track Player installed aftermarket. $1,400 of work done in the last year. Continuous maintenance done throughout the life of the vehicle. All under panels in good shape. Recent: new shocks, break lines, trunk weather stripping, battery, coolant flush, fan belt, (all four tires 6 years old, less than 2k miles on them). Some normal wear and tear has occurred, including general paint fade, minor rust to the back right panel in the lower section where the slight skirt ends, small fixable tears in the back seat, a few pieces of chrome strip missing, and one hub cap missing. Only bigger work to be done is back half of dual exhaust -- it is passable for inspection now but shows good amount of rust -- and power steering fluid pump with slow leak that has NOT gunked up the engine . An antique auto mechanic quoted this work to be done at around $1,500 with the inclusion of a tune up. All in all, the car has been taken care of and is in very nice condition.
