UP for sale is this awsome barn find!!!! It is a 1966 Nova 2 dr hardtop. It is in great shape as seen in the pictures. These cars are getting hard to find so here is your chance to fix it up while you drive it. I bought the car with the intentions of building it but have other prioritys. I have had the seat reupholsterd, new carpet,headliner,package shelf. I also did the weather stripping around the glass quarter windows and aslo the ones around the doors and trunk. The car is an excellent canidate to restore since it has not been molested it still has all the correct nuts and bolts through out the car. When we pulled the carpet up I did find the build sheet for it. The original 6 cylinder still runs strong and does not smoke or make noise. The automatic transmission does work fine. When I bought the car it had been sitting since 1992. I did clean the gas tank and rebuilt the carburator,since I've had the car I've driven it around 50 miles or so. I did find this Chevy II in Mexico it had been imported over there in 1970 and had been with the same owner since then. Like I said he did park in 1992. The car does have some rust in the trunk, a little on the bottom of the pass side lower quarter panel. The floor pans are extremly solid as see in the pictures. The Nova is going to be sold with a Texas ill of sale since the gentlman had to turn in the Texas title to import into Mexico so that is all I have. I can help you get a New Mexico title. The wheels on the car are not included in the sale it will have some rollers.All in all this is an excellent canidate to restore. I can help arrange shipping as well.
