Up for sale I have a 2001 Bmw M3 6 speed manual transmission, Laguna Seca Blue, Harmon sound, xenons, gray nappa leather, black top. SSR GT+7 wheels, New water pump,($349) , thermostat, brakes, solenoid vanos valve ($700) and new rear sub-frame was welded in at Sears (from class action lawsuit). The rear sub frame didnt need to be replaced but was paid for by BMW. Over $2000! Car runs and drives great. Convertible top works excellent. Has a small tear in drivers seat , I get looks and compliments every where I go with the car. There is a seam in the rear INSIDE where the convertible top is coming loose. Previous owner had kids and there is some knicks in the rear plastics. Im trying to be as honest as possible, feel free to ask any questions at all. Also a few of the window switches are broken. The drivers one works but not the passenger and rear windows. Can be replaced for about $60. New brakes just installed, slotted rotors and ceramic pads. We did not do the brake sensors so the brake light is on. Brand new Battery installed this week. Been stored in Winters. The car at one time was backed into on the front passengers side, the hood and bumper was repainted. I can not tell at all, no orange peel. If previous owner wouldnt of mentioned it I would of never known. Recent updated info: There is a small oil leak, So I had it diagnosed at Elmhurst BMW. What they found was a Engine oil pressure relief valve. It is a $51 part and $742 labor. For the do it your selfer it could be done in 4 hours. I have put on almost 1200 miles without having to add oil yet. Its more of a small drip after the car is shutoff from a long drive. Also they pulled a few codes for the engine light. (oxygen senso and catalyst emissions bank 1 and 2) The engine light does come on and off. It also turns off on its own withut me clearing the code. . Also the rear passenger wheel bearing is on its way out. I have it priced accordingly!! I have between $14,500 to $15,000 into this car as of 3 months ago!! I drive it daily right now so the miles may go up slightly higher. Overall a excellent price on this stunning m3!!! I will respond to emails, calls or texts.
