You are bidding on a 1983 Fiat Bertone X1/9, the cheapest mid-engine car you can buy. A great handling car that tracks like a go-cart. Sometimes called the "Baby Ferrari". The engine is strong, the transmission shifts good. Everything works on this great car. This car is owned by a 72 year old adult and has never been abused. The Targa top is painted a gloss black as well as the engine lid. This X1/9 has all the right stuff! Radiator repaired and cleaned. New McPherson struts all 4 wheels. Completely new brake system including, calipers, pads, master cylinder, brake tank New tires, New Battery. New starter. New steering rack and pinion. New clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder and new clutch hose. Original spare in place and used maybe once. Owners Manual, wiring manual, Overhaul & Repair Manual, Fuel Injection Manual New hand Brake Cable. New door jam light switch. New Distrubutor Cap, Ignition Wires, Rotor, Spark Plugs, Coil, new Timming belt. New oil & air filter New Motor mount. New Side clearance lamp units. New Windsheld wiper arms and blades. New Carpets, Dash in great condition. No radio, it has speakers for MP-3 use. Good clutch Rubber mouldings and gaskets very good. OK what are it's Needs? It has a small oil pan leak, there is a small paint chip on the front fender at bottom (see picture) The drivers side window lift motor is slow. The black vinyl seats do not have the original factory stitching. (New factory correct seat covers are supplied-see picture) The windshield has wiper scratches, (a perfect factory windshield is supplied-see picture) The right front tire needs balancing-slight vibration and 60+ The air conditioning system needs service, the ac belt has been removed.
