this scooter has 599 original miles and runs great, has not been registered since 2003, the original owner was a old man who died in 2003 he was 85 years old it was left to his son in law who is now selling it since he has no need for a scooter, it will be sold with a bill of sale only it should be out of the dmv system, he said he would also be willing to feel out the paper with the guy who died information if necesary. the vin is not correct on the add because i forgot to look at it befor i left to costa rica but i will be back on wendsday and if it is needed i can add it to the add. the windscreen needs the rivts to put it back on. the tires hold air but are dry raughted. the scooter was awashed would look better with a detail but didnt have time. everything works starts right up. email with questions... happy bidding
