Featured this week, Wild, professionaly done fully customized 1999 Chevy S-10 Xtreme. Low rider, High rider or anywhere in between! This is a unique customized street machine, which gets eyes wherever it goes. Owner had it almost completely done and lost interest in it after investing nearly $30,000 and so it has been parked in the garage for the past six years. You can own this beautifully customized low mileage truck for a fraction of what it cost to build. This truck was professionally done by Vissers Rod & Custom of Havre de Grace, Md. One of the areas foremost custom car builders. The frame was back halfed (see photos) to accomodate the air ride suspension, while the bed had the tailgate removed in favor of a one piece custom rear with Caddillac taillights, the air tank for the suspension and the battery were also placed in the bed and covered with a custom fiberglass tonneau cover. Up front the grill and hood were replaced, and a one piece hood with scoop and matcing grill were installed. The front suspension was also modified with an air ride set up, front fender wells and extreme ground effects kit were removed so the truck could be lowered to the ground, via the air ride suspension. Completing the suspension are custom 18" chromies with new low profile tires. On the cab, the doors were converted to Lamborghini style doors, with the handles removed and shaved, electric locks and and openers were installed (Drivers side door assist cylinder needs replaced). The rear window was replaced with a custom tinted plexiglass window with a recessed insert for the license plate.The interior is stock with the addition of custom white gauges on the instrument panel and the addition of a control unit for the suspension, which can be lowered, raised, or cornered to suit. The engine is the stock Chevy 2.2 litre four cylinder with the five speed manual transmission and both perform very well as would be expected with a 31K mile vehicle. The truck is presently painted in white primer and awaits your custom paint job. This vehicle is being auctioned on consignment for the owner "AS IS" and their are absolutely no warranties either expressed or implied. Buyer is completely responsible for any State or Local, Safety, Equipment or Emissions inspections as required by law in buyers State.
