QUESTIONS CALL 862-772-5063 1992 BMW 318i (E30)CONVERTIBLE4CYL5-SPEED MANUALALL ORIGINALALL BOOKS / MANUALSIN NEED OF SOME LOVE AND A NEW HOMELOW RESERVEUp for auction I have this very nice and “rare” 1992 bmw 318i convertible, who ever is looking at this car most likely is a bmw enthusiast like my self or was always a fan of the sharp and sport look the e30s carry, the reason I mention rare is for those who are trying to get in to one of these older bmw’s the 1992 & 1993 were only offered in the e30 chassis in a convertible in these 2 years and also the only 2 years in a convertible with the plastic bumpers and bigger nice tail lights. Below I have listed over 2 dozen detailed pictures for you to look at if you have any questions feel free to call me The exterior of this bmw is in very good shape for its age, the paint still has some nice gloss, the car does have some aging and it shows with some clear coat peeling in some areas of the paint, some dings and scratches but all normal for a vehicle in original condition of this age whom the previous owner purchased to enjoy and not keep as a garage queen, no major rust a few small bubbles but no rot, the car stands out very nice and with some love it definitely can be a collectors car. The interior is in fantastic shape for its age, the 2 front oem recaro seats are in excellent condition with no rips, tears and barely no wear, the dash is also clean with only 2 about 4” cracks, the back seats are also in excellent condition with the exception of some sun wear on the top part (seen in picture), the carpet is very clean also. The previous owner had some OEM seat covers that covered the middle of the seats they will also be included in the sale and can be seen in the pictures. 1.8L 4CYL fires up and sounds great, no funny noises, the car was sitting for a few years prior to my purchase, I recommend immediate maintenance of fluids, plugs and wires, although the car runs great and has great power the idle is rough and stalls at times, I was told it will need a new (idle control sensor) which can be purchased here very cheap. If you have any questions please call me before any bids are placed. The 5-speed manual Trans shifts all gears very nicely, no grinds or pop outs and the clutch grabs great. Both front and back power windows work properly All the original books and manuals are included The top is in great condition with no rips or tears, the back plastic glass has been replaced with a new one as the original one cracked with the weather, and it was not on during the pictures. also included is the oem back glass covers 2 of themnever used spare tire The car has ice cold a/c Tires will need to be replaced soon as the are in good shape but show dryness due to time sittingwhile the car was being detailed someone decided to steal the glove box! Although the car runs very good I do not recommend driving it on a long trip I have driven it for a good 50miles but not on a long trip.
