current reg have the pinkslip, bike has new tires the bike was running and driving great now when you push the start button the starter spins but does not engage to turn the motor over, ez fix . the brakes are good. if you have any questions just ask check my feedback and how long ive been on here this is a great scooter at the most it needs a starter but maybe something is loose i dont no didnt even try to fix it, i will not crate the bike to ship it, i will roll it out to the shipper and help load it.
