Up for bid is my rare 1927 BUGatti . It is registered as a 27 bugatti. It is nice kit with STEEL FENDERS(not fiberglass) on a vw platform. Not sure of the year of the platform but it does have a good running 1600cc engine that doesn't smoke or use any oil. It runs great and is just a little cold natured when warming up but then purrrs like a kitten. Have it reserved at well under what I have in it so somebody will get this classic little car. It handles great and has lots of power(don't know if the motor was rebuilt before I got it). Pros Good tires All lights work Three horns(musical...plays about 40 songs, OOOOgah, and the old 27 squeeze type) Steel fenders four speed manual sony stereo GLOW in the dark flames(seriously, the flames glow after dark) Air Shocks Nice bench seat with only one 1/2 inch tear(easy fix) two mini windshields Paint in very good shape for a fiberglass car. Not perfect but nice. Very good brakes. Side mounted emergency brake is for show only. CONS: IF YOU DO NOT LIKE WAVING AT PEOPLE EXCESSIVELY...this is not the car for you. People will run you down just to take pictures. This is definitley a show stopper/parade car. I have had roadrunners, corvettes, etc. and they never got near the attention the 27 'Mario' car does. So, you have been warned. Proceed at your own risk. The floor is a little soft where the battery used to be. Easy fix , just never thought it was important enough to address. The gas guage is the only guage that works. Probably fuses, but I didn't get around to fixing. The car has no top. The little snap on tonneau covers can be ordered . Snaps are there. GREAT little cruising car that just needs a new home.These little kit cars are only going to go up in value. Found one in Branson , Missouri that doesn't look as good as this one and it has a lesser engine(1200cc) and he wants 19,500.00 for it. WOW...someone is going to get a great deal. On Jun-19-11 at 17:07:46 PDT, seller added the following information: A couple of things I should point out. Access to the Engine is in the rear where the 'boattail' is. You simply unsnap behind seat and the entire rearend of the car flips up. pretty neat. Also, the gas tank, battery, fuses, loudspeaker as well as tool area is under the 'halfhood' on passengers side. On Jun-25-11 at 19:48:00 PDT, seller added the following information: I have dropped the reserve from 5,000(very very good deal...I have about 6500 in it) to 4200(excellent price...hopefully that will get the bidding cranked up ) .
