This is a 1975 Buick Lesabre Custom Convertible built in April of 1975. 1975 was the last year of production for GM’s big convertibles. Final build date for this series being July 11, 1975. I am not a car jockey or dealer. This my personal driver for car shows and an occasional weekend cruise. What I am saying is I’m not going keep relisting the car over and over to jerk people around. I am a member in good standing with the Buick Club of America #39207. I’ve got my eye on another car and that is the reason for selling it. It was purchased new in Sacramento Calif. And spent most it’s life there until about 3 years ago. I acquired it from a friend here in Iowa. It was repainted to factory quality and original color a few years ago. I presume do to the California sun. The maroon vinyl/leather seats are nearly perfect along with new maroon carpet. There are several flaws I bring your attention to. The dash has a 3” crack near the driver side corner post(see pic). The clock does not work. The analog radio is typical of 1975 and is poor quality, so I added a Digital GM Delco radio in the Glove Box which also serves as the receiver for the SiriusXM saddle. The speakers were also low quality so I added auxiliary ones. The seat belt light stays on when the car is running due to a bad drivers side seat switch. There are 2 dings on the chrome below the windshield(see pic). All glass is clear with no flaws. The side door panels are like new and have not been butchered for speaker installation. There are many supportive documents that will go with the car. It will cruise all day long comfortably at 70 MPH. When cruising with the top up, you will get some whistling, but not bad. I will refrain from the common adjectives used around here like “super rare” or “once in a lifetime find”.
