Vehicle Detail
I am selling my beloved work/everyday truck for a great cause. I am an Air Force veteran looking for a way to give back to my fellow veterans. I stumbled across the Ebay charitable selling link that is going to help me do just that. I had initially planned on donating my truck to a third party auction house that donated a portion of the price to Wounded Warrior Project, now I can give 100% of the money to this great cause. This is and has been a great truck. Here are the specifics: The engine and 4x4 work great. I have used this truck to haul trailers, boats and loaded the bed down and never had a problem. It comes with a drop-in bed liner in good shape. The truck is fitted with a Class II hitch and it will pull the load. I am the original owner and can give you a full history should you want it. I have faithfully changed the oil, brakes, and shocks. Make no mistake, this is a 17 year old truck and has the dents to prove it. I have included photos of two spots where someone sideswiped the truck as it was parked on the street. The interior is in fair condition, the main issue is the ceiling material is beginning to show holes. I know of one mechanical issue; the ABS pump is intermittent causing the ABS light to remain illuminated. In addition, just this winter, the parking brake light began remaining illuminated after releasing the brake. I have checked and the cable releases but the light sensor (plunger) is sticking. The extra cab space is great and I intentionally ordered the truck without seats in the rear to prevent extra passengers "bummin' a ride". The truck in not currently registered or inspected, so it will have to be picked up by the winner. There is no warranty implied or stated and the truck is sold as is. I have determined a target donation amount for Wounded Warriors and thus I set a minimal reserve to insure this goal. Again, 100% of the selling price will go to the Wounded Warrior Project. Thanks to all that help me in this endeavour and God Bless Our Troops.
