DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO PAY!! For sale is a 1996 Mercedes Benz E300 Diesel. Bought the car a little over 2 years ago. It has 153,500 original miles on it. I have all of the service records from the original owner up until now. It gets any where from 30 to 35 mpg. It is a very clean car with minimal wear and tear. Comfortable to drive and very reliable. Has self dimming mirrors, sunroof and leather seats! The seats have no rips or tears and the factory tape deck has been updated to a newer cd player. The floor mats that come with it are blue and from another car but work just fine. There are a few things here or there the car needs but it drives just fine as is. Great car, but we just don't use it much anymore. New parts within last 3 months: Drivers side spring perch Drivers side front wheel bearing Front ball joints and alignment All new o rings in the power steering system New battery (under seat) Older parts since I've owned the car (within 2 years): Tires Transmission service Flush and fliter Fuel filters all New speakersNew compressor Things Wrong With the car: Leaking injector pump needs some o rings (cheap in parts, less then $600 to fix) Item can be found on top front of engine by fuel filter. Center console contol panel has some problems (pass rear window and mirror control does not work) Engine oil level sensor needs to be replaced (car does not leak oil) Ignition. The tumbler is worn out but car will start everytime. turn slowly. Front valance needs to be replaced. (snow bump) Pass side front marker light out Needs rear control arm bushings Windshield washer sprayer not working. Glove box needs new latch. Center console leather has wear Some cracking on dashboardSmall spot of rustNeeds new antenna but radio works just fine without it Thanks for looking.
