Restoration Needs: Drive Train: Needs Shift bracket bushing, shifter sometimes pops out of 3rd gear. Engine: First start cold then starts fine through out day. Electrical: No power to dash , AC or headlights (speedometer working), needs smaller size battery , needs headlights, has *new Ignition switch not mounted and *new Starter. Exterior: Front windshield (cracked), passenger window missing, door handle on rear passenger door, rear lens cracked, dent roof, small dent drivers door, minor dings and paint wear. Interior: Drivers carpet small tear, medium tear passenger carpet, small cut drivers seat, cracks upper dash and carpet needed over tire well. Over all car needs minor repairs and electrical short resolution. Runs fine, handles fine, brakes fine, has power to signals and has power to brake lights.Makes a great day time vehicle. Will run great in the evening with electrical short resolution (lighting). Note: Volkswagen Dasher is for sale as is. Please address me with any questions prior to purchase. Note: Wheel covers on back order coming within the next few days (6/13/11).
