You are bidding on a 2003 BMW K1200GT motorcycle. I am the second owner. I bought this bike in 2005 with 1,000 miles on it, It now has 35,6xx miles. This bike has not been spoiled. It has been ridden. It had a garage to go to at night, unless we were out camping. It has seen miles and miles of bad weather. The fluids have been changed regularly. Other stuff, as needed. Features of Note: The bike has a stock heated seat. Stock cruise control. Stock ABS, integrated servo assisted brakes. What does that mean? It means the front brake engages both the front and rear brake. The rear brake, just the rear. The bike has limited braking capacity if the key is not on. Stock windshield plus a short tinted Z Technik Windshield - very nice for the summer, very fluid lines with the bike. Stealth Back rest - a removable backrest, easily slides in and out of a hidden frame. Very handy for passenger or strap gear to it. Bar Backs- gives the driver added upright position, these were an excellent addition for me, helped with riding position comfort. In addition to the stock BMW/powerlet plug, there are dual 12v power plugs with their own fuse. Marine grade plugs to run your GPS and other accessories. Condition issues: The color match bags do have some bumper stickers. The stickers, as seen in the pictures, are on the black plastic portion of the bag, not the color part. I can't speak to ease of removal, as I've never tried. There are scratch marks on the left side plastic near the engine, a squirrel made them on a camp out. They are most noticeable when you're washing the bike. Reason for selling...garage is getting crowded since I added an R1200GS....I don't really need 4 bikes. Delivery Note: Closest airport: MHT.
