1997 Dodge Ram 3500 Extended Cab 12-Valve Cummins Diesel Hi, we are selling a nice 1997 Dodge Ram 3500 Extended Cab, 4x4 diesel truck. It is powered by the 5.9 Turbo-diesel engine, and an automatic transmission. This truck runs and drives excellent, and has been very well maintained since new. Cosmetics: Truck is in great shape cosmetically, and sports the original paint. Interior is cloth, also in nice condition. This is the SLT package so it has power windows & locks, air conditioning, cruise control & tilt wheel, power drivers seat, and CD player with premium sound. It has heavy duty aftermarket floor mats, and has had seat covers on the seats since new, up until 2 weeks ago. The exterior does has some scratches and small dings on the truck, which i've taken pictures of. It has a very nice Pilgrim fiberglass canopy, which has a nice tall roof and is very well built. Truck also has a rear tow hitch with electric trailer brakes, as well as a hidden gooseneck hitch in the bed. Few stains on the carpet, but overall very nice, and a couple of rock chips on the windshield. Factory tailgate is included with the truck. Mechanical: Truck runs and drives great, and everything is still tight on the truck. All maintenance & oil changes have been done per factory specification since new. Michelin tires are in great shape with 70% tread. Engine is all stock, with the addition of an aftermarket air filter for improved fuel economy. Transmission shifts well, and 4x4 works great although it hasn't been used much. This truck has 3.50 gearing, and gets 19 MPG at 55MPH. Clean Oregon title, good tags, would not hesitate driving this truck anywhere. We can pick the high bidder up at the local Portland airport if needed, or meet an auto transport as well.
