I bought this car in PA as a weekend family toy with 4 kids a sports car didnt work This is a 72 Chevelle Concours Wagon w/ 454 Big block PS/ PB/ AC/ P rear gate (dont panic it gets around 15 mpg) The Engine : 454 big block 4 bolt over the counter GM engine/ large oval port heads/Edelbrock intake/New Holley 4bl/comp cam 268 hydraulic new eletronic distributer/autometer temp oil gages/Hooker headers/2.5 inch dual full flow master exhaust( sounds nice) The Tranny: Fully rebuilt turbo 400 tranny with deep dish pan (chirps second gear) Transmission Specialties converter all conected to a Currie Racing Ford 31 spline 9" Posi rearend w/373 gears air bags, boxed rear control arms and rear sway bar The Body: the cars body is solid w/no rust freash paint job w/SS strips and emblems bottom of doors are beatiful, hood is a steel cowl Goodmark replacement the floors and frame are in excellent condition and are uncut new side mirrors new brake and turn lenes chrome and trim in great shape no piting all glass is clear no cracks or chips The Interior : inside is in great shape all original seats dash and headliner no rips or tears or cracks new carpet new tach in dash goes where the factory clock is located no radio still looking for factory originial didnt want to cut dash to install aftermarket All turn signals horn wipers work car has new May inspection car has been garaged winters alone driven on sunny days the past 3 years milage says 76332 which probably matches the body and interior Overall: the car is in great shape and fun to drive and will difinetly get up and GO gets lots of thumbs up at red lights and complements when parked always hear "my dad had one just like this when we were kids " Why selling: Novilty and fun has worn off and keep going nuts about paint when the kids go near it in the garage its time to move on
