Here we have a 1984 Cadillac with about 110k miles runs great drive the way a Cadillac should. My Brother, Sister and I got the car a little bit back to bring it to Org form for my mother as a gift - she had one new back in 1984 and after she lost that one always wanted another - Was able to find this that had the same paint color and inter color I guess I got lucky with that one. Got the car and was more then happy with it and gave it to her. She loved the thought but seeing as she is getting older she would like someone else to enjoy the car as its just to big for her now. So with me having way to many cars this one would end up not being used the way this car should be. Also with my Truck on the outs I will be buying another suburban. The car runs great Local and highway I can cruise her in the 70's all day without any problems - I did take a 200 miles round trip last week and its was smooth sailing all the way. Thumbs up when she is on the road from young and older people. Its a car that stands out in any parking lot and makes everyone look and ask questions. If you dont like to talk with people then maybe this would not be the car for you Cause the questions come daily. Ive been driving it a few times a week just to make her run right. Starts first click on he coldest mornings and has some killer heat. A.C. CHARGED (June 10th)Working perfect now Nice and cold. All the lights work from the Adv Computer to the opera Lights. Car runs like a cadillac should. It has the 4100 motor that some say was not a good motor but IMO as long as its takein care of any MOTOR can be a good motor. This cadillac is a Cruiser not a race car if your looking to race a new car then buy one I guess But if your into driving in style and comfort then this is the one for you. Over the past 3 months I have added the following. Over $2500 in that short time but made the car look and run better. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ AUTO START ALARM : Great in the morning to warm her up and be nice and warm or cold. TINT : A nice light tint that makes the car look better IMO. Not dark enough that the cops will bother you but not light enough that a person can see you. Just the perfect blend. ALTERNATOR – Light came on it didn’t stop the car from running . But I thought better be safe then sorry. Placed a 100amp alt and she runs great. NEW ( Less then 2 weeks old) 20” Dip-rims Deep Lip - Car comes with 2 sets of 20's the older set one rim started to flake chrome so replace the whole set cause I didn’t think it looked good. Talked with a Chrome guy and he said it would be about 100 dollars to re-chrome the rim. So you would have a winter and BRAND NEW summer set of rims. TIRES – More then 95% tread left when I had the New Rims installed they checked them and said would need any for a year or so. They are low-pro tires CARPET - Didnt like the look of the old so a new one was put in the day after I got the car. Its in great shape as is the Floor Mats. Halogen ( TRUE HD) 8000k Headlights with Clear Diamond cut projectors. Clears lens shines like the New cars. Makes the car stand out. I have a set of H4 reg bulbs with blue tint for the high-beams I just didn’t put them in. Oil Change / Rad Flush / Trans Tune Up. Will need Front shocks ( One shock is one it way out Repair guy said so best to replace both sides. About 100 Dollars if you do the work or 175 for a repair shop to do or less.) IMO if your gonna do the front why not do the rear so its more of a even ride Rear could cost as little as 100Dollars She has a dent on Roof – Looks like someone dropped something round on top and it dented not big – Showed a PDR ( Paint-less Dent Removal ) Guy and he said about $125 to pop it out – Talked with a auto body man and he said he could fix that problem and a shot of Clear on Drivers door ( Drives door near lock clear started to peal) for under 300. Its your call. Your normal chips & Dings from driving but the paint overall is in great shape. Looks great in day and night. Inside well I would say a 9 out of 10. The leather shows no holes / rips. The dash has no cracks the rugs are perfect. TAKE A LOOK AT PICS IT SAYS MORE THEN I COULD ABOUT SHAPE. I will add more pics seeing as the ones I took were today and we have overcast weather. Will get her washed tomorrow if its nice and show better pics. But that being said – She is dirty today and she still with the best of them and could be one great show car. Or a great daily driver. She has a after market CD player and 1 12” sub in rear with amp. Nice Lil Boom nothing crazy but you can feel it before you hear it. Please ask any Questions. UPDATE : Just looked over the AUTOCHECK and once again it seems they are wrong ( Ask around you will see they are wrong alot) Look at the Autocheck and you will see the problem they list as a ISSUE with Title & miles - That was a mistake when it was put into the computer at the DMV and the DMV has fixed that problem. I have contacted AUTOCHECK to have this problem solved but they have refused to help in any way. TITLE (Title #:1806508445) 4/12/2005 Car had a Emission test and the wrong Miles (96K ) were put into the computer 4/16/2005 The title was issued from the state and it had the TRUE MILES listed. That was all OK untill it came to get a new registration when the problem was seen and a NEW TITLE was issued with this item fixed by the DMV. 9/04/2007 DMV issued Corrected Title. AutoCheck if they did the homework like they claim to do would have seen the problems and corrected them. But I guess it dont matter to them to get it right so why should they fix it. Its like trying to get a credit score fixed for a problem they made. It takes years and a ton of work.
