Howdy! You are gazing upon my favorite toy. A 71 super beetle my wife and I purchased from California in 07. She has been garage kept, and well maintained, with almost no repairs being necessary since 07 except for the occasional tune up at my mechanics, some light bulbs, and a brake hose. She drives great and although her paint is by no means show quality she shines up nice, turns heads, and gets plenty of love everywhere we drive her. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. This car was not a daily drive, we used her for fun, and weekends. That being said if you swapped out the side window seals which are dry she could be a daily driver without a doubt. The front and rear glass was done by the previous owner, and they are fine. This car is being listed locally, and we reserve the right to pull this listing if the car were to sell, but I have purchased two vehicles on ebay, and bid on a few others, and have yet to see that happen. As far as shipping goes. We have shipped a giant crate of tile to Hawaii thru ebay, as well as received two vehicles. I can't believe helping to get the car going towards you with your shipper would be as difficult as that crate of slate tile to Hawaii was. You pay for it, We coordinate with your shipper, and off she goes. I will do anything with in reason to accomodate DAS or whoever you chose to ship the car. They will need to come to me though. 500 due within 48 hours of auction close the balance before the car/ title will be released to you. I would say probably much less than 1,500 miles, but absolutely no more than. On the reserve front you are almost there. We spent more than 5k on the bug when we purchased it, and then we shipped it from Cali. So we aren't in this to make anything or even break even. You are very close to the reserve, but an auction is no fun when you know! So just bid already....Thanks N
