0 false 18 pt 18 pt 0 0 false false false I have up for auction a 1983 Datzun 280ZX, clean title (Vermont reg. over 15 years old) I bought the car in Massachusetts. Changed the oil and drove it to Vermont registered and insured it and drove it for a few months. This was almost a year ago. At that time the car ran great, strong clutch , shifted smoothly through all the gears. Windows worked, T Tops don’t leak, all gauges worked, all lights worked etc. It has many new parts. Then my friend left the car in neutral without engaging the emergency break on the sloped drive in front of my house, at some point the car rolled backwards into a tree and this is how I found it. (see pictures) I then drove the car to where it sits today. (in the pictures) removed the battery so it wouldn’t freeze and covered it. I wish I had the time to restore the damage but I don’t. I have very little free time but please feel free to ask me questions however the car is at my family home in Vermont and I now live in Providence RI, my mom has given me an ultimatum so I must sell. I don’t have time to try to start it up again etc. This would make a great project or parts car (again the motor ran great last year) The few issues that I noticed when I went to take photos were the break pedal was frozen. I don’t know if it will need new gas to run. A few other small notes are: The inner front fender wells need to be installed. I have them. (this is how I got the car) Radio is not installed (unknown condition I got it not hooked up) The front blinkers are missing. windshield is cracked (in two spots) The headliner is falling down in some places Dash has a few cracks and glove box door needs to be re-attached Includes an extra dash from a turbo 280zx Includes all four Z center caps for the rims And some other miscellaneous parts. Tires show weather checking That’s about all I can think of. you will need to trailer the car home. It is located in Central Vermont, a half hour from Montpelier and 3 hours from Boston, 3 hours from Hartford and 3 hours from Albany if you want have it shipped thats fine but you will have to set it up. Keep in mind the driveway is long and gravel No reserve. happy bidding
