Up for sale is my 1973 jeep cj5. I purchased it back in febuary but just purchased a house so i need to move it down the road. It has 360 amc v8 that was professionaly built. i was told that it has been bored .60 over with a hot cam. I was told the the motor alone has $5000 in it alone. It also has a an aluminum intake, a 4 barrel carb and an aftermarket igniton system. this motor has way more power than anybody could ever need for a little jeep like this one. The transmisson is a 3 speed that has been updated so no grinding gears on this rig. the tires are 31 X 10.50 on 15in aluminum rims. Just a few weeks ago i put a new cd player and marine speakers in the jeep. Now for the extras that i will throw in with it. Since it has racing seats i have 3 point seat belts that havent been installed yet, they will go with the jeep. i have a good bikini top and a brand new never used $300 all weather cover that will go with it also. So no need to worry if you dont have a roof to park it under. I would love to keep this rig but my bank account says it has to go. It runs down the highway at 70mph with no problems and does pretty good on trails. The prefect rig for a weekend play toy!!On Jun-06-11 at 15:15:28 PDT, seller added the following information: Here are a few things that i forgot to mention. 1. on a 90 degree day the temp never gets above 190 on the trails and 180 on the hwy. 2 The tires have 3/4 or more thred all around. 3 The frame horns on the rig are good no rust or holes and the undercarriage appears to have been cleaned and repainted.
