You are looking at a very nice 1964 Ford Falcon Futura. It is a 4 door sedan. The car was bought new in Huntsville Alabama. The original sales reciept is in the glove box with the owners manual along with several reciepts from work done to the car over the years. It has apparently always been in the south and likely garage kept, it has no rot or rust damage. The car has been painted in the past, and I might add not a very good job. It does look good at 20 feet or so, but not a show paint job. It has very good tires, and 3 of the original hub caps...missing one. The interior is ok...the seats are good, it will need a headliner. It has original carpet in the back, it has been torn out of front and some other put in,,,see photo. It does have non working air, all is there but clutch on compressor seems to have a bad bearing. It has a 170 cubic inch 6 cylinder engine with automatic transmission. All running gear believed to be original to car. It runs and drives like a dream, I would not be afraid to take off cross country in it tomorrow. I have several pictures, look it over and commense bidding. The miles showing in the car are 65370 We assume these are correct based on looks of the car and all the reciepts for maintenance in the glove box. Remember, I believe these to be the original miles....could or could not be. Also just an example of the mechanical quality of this car, it has sit in a garage the past few weeks and no oil leaks under car.
