Here's the opportunity to own a beautiful Suzuki DR 650 with a lot of great options. This bike has never been wrecked or dropped in any way. I'm the second owner of this bike, it has always been adult owned and driven and has never been used off road or for long touring, just commuting and leisure rides. I bought the bike last year from a dealer in PA and drove 4 hours to go get it. They sold it to the original owner and had performed all of the maintenance and upgrades for him. They assured me he had only used it for commuting and as you'll see by the pictures, it's been babied. I bought it to have a small bike to ride along with my wife while she was learning to ride but she's since decided she likes being a passenger better so this one is just sitting around. (Will be listing her Honda Reflex Scooter soon) Since I've had the bike it has always been garage stored and kept on a Battery Tender with Stabil in the tank. Last year I rode it several times a week but have only put about 800 miles on it since I've had it. This spring I fired it up after winter storage and it started immediately. The only change I've made since buying it was to add the Cycra Probend handguards (the best handguards on the market), and changing the steel handlebars to Renthal Aluminum bars (I believe they are Pro Tapers). This setup is not only better looking, lighter and more durable than stock they make for a much more comfortable riding position. I still have the original bars and brush guards if the winning bidder wants them. I also added the skid plate which I bought used here on eBay. I forget the brand but it's very heavy aluminum and does not block the oil plug. The tires are still in excellent condition with a lot of life left in them, I think they told me they were replaced shortly before he traded the bike in. There really aren't any flaws worth noting. The tank is immaculate and overall the bike is exceptionally clean. There may be a little hazing in some of the plastics and there are some minor marks in the windshield but all of this is top be expected. The stainless eshaust header has a couple of dark spots but it's stainless and should clean off with a little polish. Take a look at the many pictures or come by and see it first-hand, I think you'll agree, this bike is as close as you can get to new and still be 3 years old. The bike sounds and runs great with the Supertrap exhaust and the DynoJet kit/carb is tuned to perfection as the exhaust note is steady and strong with no popping or crackling common with poorly tuned single's. It's only slightly louder than stock but really improves the performance of the bike. Be sure to check out the windscreen. Not sure what it's from but it's the nicest looking aftermarket screen I've seen on a DR and it works well.
