This is a 1960 Karmann Ghia with a 1100 6 Volt engine and has 80,000 original miles on it and it runs exellent,transmission is the original 4 spd and shifts perfect,cosmectly the car is in good shape other then some paint chips and scratchs but its dent free,there is some surface rust on the bottom of the drivers door and the trunk,the floor pans,trunk pan and hood pan are rust free and all the glass and moldings are intact with no rust and doesn't leak,interior is in pretty good condition and is all original other then changing the seat covers about 15 years ago,the dash has no cracks and is in pretty good shape,it has the original sterio,gauges and inside panels.This car overall is in pretty good shape and if your looking for a daily driver or a small project this is the one,we are going to auction this car with no reserve and require a $500 deposit 24 hours after the winning bidder has won and balance within 5 buisness days.....I will be working so it would be better off calling my cell phone then e-mailing me with any questions,you will get a much faster answer (925)305-1690.We are selling are Grandfathers 1960 Karmann Ghia that he has owned since 1972 and he bought it from the original owner and he used it as a weekend driver,unfortunatly he is too sick and old even to think about driving it so now so we decided to auction it off and sell it to the highest bidder....he has taken great care of the car and left it all original so this is a great survivor....so good luck and happy bidding!!!!!
