Vehicle Detail

This Auction is for my VW Rocco MK1, I have had the car for about 1/half yrs and it's been a nice daily driver and solid for a 30yr old car. I own 2 of these cars and the other is a major project, if the winning bidder wants the project along with this collector they can arrange shipping for both? I looked for nearly 3yrs to find a collector Rocco and they are more rare than I expected, as luck would have me talking to the previous owner in Bel-Fair WA in his shop where the Gem was covered in a car cover. He had purchased the car from I believe the original owner and neither one of them put alot of time driving into it. About 6,700 hundred miles a yr since 1980 isn't bad at all and for the engine to still be running strong is pretty rare in itself. The car is 100% original no mods period so it's held the collector value! The car actually did drive from across the country when originally purchased from Norwich, Connecticut, that first owner then sold it to the second owner and then it falls into my hands luckily, that is why you see that original emblem on the rear. I also have included the original brochure's that I really wanted to keep but they go with the car, and the trailer hitch was there already I just figured it's funny, nobody is pulling a ski boat any time soon HAHA! I've replaced the water pump, timing belt, oil & filter every 3000, Brand new tires, new brake pads, fuel filter brand new. All I know that may need repair is rear brake seals, the brake pedal is soft when pushed but the fluid is good from what I can see so may need some looking at? All lights work just fine most of these yr models have alot of rust in the lighting wiring this one is perfect I've cleaned all the wiring so all lights work great! The last bit of bad is the rust on the surface of the driver front panel and there is a small hole on the bottom of the driver door. Ever since I brought the car home it's been garaged so the little rust has not been able to grow or get any worse. I will not revile the reserve price please don't ask, these collectors are becoming more rare as the yrs go by and a ALL ORIGINAL is even more rare! 7 day return from auction close, buyer accepts car as is no warranty, thanks. Please ask any questions you may have thank you very much!
