Here is an opportunity to become one of the select few to ever own and have the chance to restore a most sought after classic auto. This 1951 GMC SUBURBAN has been in my collection for over four years, I have the opportunity to acquire another antique auto that has been in the family and need to make room and would like to find a good home for this classic. Bill of Sale Only Selling for Parts About this Suburban Manufactured in St Louis Mo. 228 GMC 6cyl 3 speed column shift transmission Painted Grille Chrome front bumper with brackets and splash apron Chrome rear bumper with brackets and splash apron Spare tire with carrier in place Both front seats Accessory fresh air heater This truck has its original GMC 228 engine that is currently frozen but complete and in place, a three speed column shift transmission. The front & rear axels have not been touched and appear to be complete. Gauges both Speedometer & Gauge Cluster are still in the dash and appear intact I see no reason they should not operate just fine, If not I will be happy to supply another good used individual gauge to replace a non working gauge. Both front seats and frames along with the seat cushions back and bottom for both front seats. All four rear side window inner reveals (surrounds) and rear side window. Also all headliner bows are still in place. It is in need of standard floor repair along with inner & inner to outer cowl repair panels The left hand side drivers door has been hyper extended and damaged the outer cowl just in front of the door with damage to the outer cowl in front of the door. Both of the rear (hard to find) fenders are in good repairable condition for being 50 years plus. Both rear doors are solid and in very good condition and all rear door hardware. Please check all the photos I have many. It does have both front and rear bumpers along with good bumper brackets. The rear splash apron is also in place and will need straightening but it is good and solid with brackets. I have also included the original damaged left hand front side door a second pair of good used GM doors along with a second pair of used running boards, two more GMC grills with an extra GMC grill surround and chrome GMC Grill emblem these are all used original GMC parts.
