Regrettably selling my 2003 BMW E39 M5. Will try and list all details, but please forgive me if i miss something (tears welling up in eyes as i type). I located and bought this immaculate M5 from my local BMW dealer about two months ago. The intention was to use it as a weekend driver, but baby number 3 on the way and wife says "not practical to have a car just sitting in the garage" (insert wife voice here). Its got to go! Heres what i know.......I am the second owner of this car (although carfax may show 3 owners when the dealer bought it from the original owner). The previous owner must have been retentive because everyone who has seen it cant believe the condition. It is a true 9.5 out of 10. Clean Carfax if that needs to be said. 69000 original miles!!!!!!!! NEEDS NOTHING! Body: Black on BlackPaint is glossy and without scratches (there may be a slight rock chip on the lower front cowling from normal wear but thats to be expected)Wheels are without any curb rash which is amazing.Dual folding rear seats which is an extremely rare option, also has the "ski" passagewayInterior is like new. The dual heated power seats don't look like they've been sat in before. Performance: M5 V8 (69000 original un-molested miles)6 speed Manual transmission that shifts flawlesslyKelleners Sport Exhaust model # EB5509. For all you enthusiasts you know this exhaust is very expensive and hard to find ($3700 retail new)Also have a new set of wheels with snow tires on them if you ever dare drive it in sub-optimal conditions (i did not)Tires are goodBrakes are goodI was told it already had the Inspection 2 completed and will get paperwork from BMW on all maintenance for the new owner Extras:Alpine INA W-900 Audio system with bluetooth, DVD player, IPOD interface JL Audio XD-600/1 sub ampJL Audio XD-400/4 All JL audio speaker componentsPre-wired for Valentine 1 radar detector which is currently in the vehicle, but i will not include in this auction.I figure the audio system alone is close to $4K in upgrade. The previous owner spared no expense on this M. It really is a special car to be found in this condition. It drives like off the showroom new. I hate to part with it and if it doesn't bring true value I wont! Anyone is welcome to come by see it/touch it in person, drive it, take it to dealer, etc. We live just outside of Peoria, IL in Dunlap. There is a loan on the car held by BMW financial which I will pay off once the new owner shows up with bank approved funding or cash.
