Purchased from the original owner about a year ago and have all the service records going back ten years.I realize there are a lot of 944's out there, but this one is much cleaner. It is mechanically sound and runs s great. all electric is functioning, all interior is in great shape. Some creature comforts have been added such as Apline radio with bluetooth and new speakers for the front... anyway, it is a great driving car. I hope to find a good home. * Engine rebuilt by an authorized Porsche shop here in Santa Monica (about 2000 miles since rebuild and has had a refresh- tuning/timing). Runs like a dream! I have no problem keeping up with modern porsches on the road. Rebuild includes: all new valves, timing belt/kit, shaved and polished head (added horsepower! - high compression), gaskets, distributer cap, hoses, etc. While we were at it, we looked at everything and made sure the car is free of mechanical issues. Cutch feels great: also, I had it checked when we completed the engine rebuild and there are many years left on it. Shocks were replaced a few years ago. New Alpine radio with bluetooth plus alpine speakers in the front (rear speakers are original). New tires, battery, wiper blades, etc. everything you need for a daily driver... Although it could be a show car if you wanted to go that route. All routine maintenance has been done consistently; Car is very well-maintained. All original body (no accidents: clean CarFax report will be provided to the buyer). Leather and leatherette interior is immaculate. All gauges and lights work. All interior electronics work. Power mirrors, windows, moonroof. Top of dashboard has typical cracking as all 944's from this era. Original front seats have been recovered in highest-quality vinyl about 3-4 years ago and they are like new. Rear seats are original leather. Car has been garaged, and never left California. No rust. I also have the original owners manual, leather moonroof bag, and the spare tire pump that hooks into the cigarette lighter. Custom car cover included. Original blue license plates.
