Our 1998 White Dodge Caravan is a great versatile vehicle! With cruise control set at the speed limit, our Caravan with the 3.0 V-6 3 speed overdrive automatic transmission, gets 30 miles to the gallon on the highway (depending on the terrain). Both the engine & transmission are in great shape. Last year, we had the transmission rebuilt with a specially built 1st gear (which is the main reason that most Caravan transmissions fail) & has helped both the performance & the gas mileage. Recently, we replaced the Water Pump, Timing Chain, Serpentine & A/C Belt, Radiator, & front disk pads. The Van comes equipped with Chrysler's AM/FM Dolby Stereo with Cassette, both Driver & Passenger Side Airbags, Automatic Power Door Locks (locks the doors at 15 miles an hour), cold A/C, Easy to Remove Middle & Rear Bench Seats, Front Bucket Seats, Dual Sliding Side Doors, Rear Lift Gate, Numerous Cup Holders & Storage Compartments. We are the second owners as we bought the van at appx. 89,000 miles in 2008 from the original owners. The body is in good condition for a 13 year old vehicle & has an adjustable luggage rack. There is a small ding on the hood, otherwise, the paint is in very good condition. The front tires have appx 75% tread left & the rear tires have appx 40% tread left. The interior is in good condition with no tears on the seats, however the headliner, although still intact, will need to be replaced. Both the inspection sticker and tags are current.
