**Update: After many questions I figure I will just post additional info on car.Our family is the second owner the car was purchased by my grandmother-in-law in the early to mid eighties not certain the exact date. We have service records from the time it has been in the family. The title was updated after my grandmother-in-law passed and my mother-in-law passed, it was updated last in 2007. As stated before it was not drove but parked in a barn/building since 1992. We held on to it for sentimental reasons but now need to find a new home for it. We won't ever drive it so it is time to go. Our personal mechanic has done any work needed to get it up and going in order for us to sell it. There is of course some rust but it is all lower or undercarriage rust. The sun did fade the paint job over the years but other than that no major issues like dents...The car can have a hard start if it sits un-driven for awhile but it has always started. It is a 1979 so it does have some age issues. 1979 Mercedes-Benz 280SE Car runs and just had it serviced! We just don't drive the car so it needs a home and some TLC! Has been parked in barn. Inside was cover in sheepskin seat covers that we just removed so fabric/leather is in fantastic condition! The car has been parked since about 1992-3 so we had tires put on and our mechanic did a tune up and additional fixings to be sure it was running.
