It has been very well maintained and runs and drives very good. The 5 speed manual transmission shifts great and still has its original clutch. The V10 uses a quart and a half of oil every 3000 miles but runs great and has lots of power. Front tires have 80% tread remaining and the rear tires are worn out and need replacing. Accessories include, air-conditioning that doesn’t work, AM, FM radio with cassette, cruise control, intermittent wipers, electric brake controller, tow package, and sliding rear window. As I mentioned the air conditioning doesn’t work and hasn’t for some time. The rear sliding window doesn’t have a lock on it. The starter is getting tired (may be the original) and will need replacing soon. The front window has three small chips in it which I believe are fixable. This has been a very active and incredibly reliable fleet vehicle that I towed behind large trucks and used to tow large equipment. Its overall condition reflects that kind of use. The odometer recorded mileage while it was being towed but I believe that 5 thousand or less of the 211 thousand miles that are on it are actual towed miles. There are small chips and dings in the paint, small holes in the dash from equipment mounting, and the driver’s seat shows wear and tear. Personal property or vehicles listed as “non-op” or “working condition unknown” should be considered inoperable and in need of major repair. The absence of “non-op” or “working condition unknown” does not imply that an item or vehicle works or functions and will in no way constitute a basis for a refund. Warranties only apply to the conditions described in the auction listing. The Oregon Surplus Property Program will not accept property for return or adjustment for any other deficiencies found. Refunds or adjustments will not exceed the purchase (bid) price. The Oregon Surplus Property Program offers no compensation for shipping costs, travel expenses or effort. 6. Prospective bidders will have no right or recourse with the Oregon Surplus Property Program or any of its agents. V.4 Warranties This vehicle or heavy equipment has no warranties of any kind.
