1977 CORVETTE, Stingray body style. Classic American Muscle car. Here is a nice example of this stylish car, that still holds it's own. Recent restoration has this beauty looking almost new. I got this from a gentleman who has had it parked in his garage for the past 10 years. He bought it from his friend who acquired it back in 1982, and was the 2nd owner. Car runs and drives beautifully with lots of power and speed. Brakes were recently done and work well. Transmission shifts as it should. BODY: Fiberglass body is straight with no accidents. Recently painted in a Deep Metallic Blue. Almost looks black in low light. Very nice. Extra clear coat for protection and extra shine. TWO SETS OF T-TOPS. Mirror and the standard solid ones. Original Rally wheels. All emblems were redone in enamel and look new. ALL lights and lenses are intact, all glass is in good shape. White letter tires are older and have some cracks on sides from age. I'm planning on having them changed out by the end of this week.Headlight covers close flush. Has the older style chrome mirror on driver's side, but not on pas. side. They are available on ebay if you want to get one. Engine area was power washed and detailed. NO RUST on this car.Chrome license plate frames. Comes with original jack, tool, and spare. INTERIOR: The interior is nice for the year with little abuse. New Black cut pile carpet,with Jute backing (insulation) has been installed, except for the center riser which is the older carpet, but looks great. No cracks on the dash or console. Original leather seat are functional and leather is good on the driver's side, pas. side does have holes, tears on the back rest part. Door panels are mostly intact with the usual cracks in spots that have been somewhat filled/repaired and painted. Leather on steering wheel is intact and not ripped. Before carpet was installed, interior was completely vacuumed, cleaned, window gears oiled, door locks oiled, door handles oiled, seat tracks oiled, rear compartment drawer locks/hinges oiled, so all is working nice. Windows go up and down nice. Auto Reverse Cassette Deck works well. This car also has anauxiliary small 12 Volt battery (back up for the alarm system), installed in the left rear storage drawer. But it is not hooked up to anything as of now. FLAWS:Driver's side front plastic grille is missing some louvers; power antenna is working but top is broken off; Pas. side sunvisor is present, but the inside material is broken up (driver side is fine); door panels are slightly warpped as these usually get; center drawer in the back is missing the locking latch, but does have the felt-lined tray; Has an old alarm system installed, but does not appear to be working. (has a number code box on side), has a piece of black plastic attached between the window switches (possibly hiding a mounting hole); center dash plastic vent (on top, next to windshield) is cracked; Front windshield has a tiny chip on it, barely noticeable. Some of the door weather stripping/rubber is old and cracked. T-TOPS: the driver's side Mirror T-top had a crack on the corner that unfortunately has across the top. Also, I don't have the inner pads/headliner pads for the other T-tops, but they are easy to get on ebay. NOTE: This car does not come with any License plates, and it is out of the DMV records, If you are in California and buy this car, you will be issued new plates and registration costs should be around $50. Comes with original small "pink slip" title from 1982. Overall a nice ride that still turns heads even after 34 years.
