Updated 5-14-11 at 1343. ABS light assessed and BMW will have fixed by Tuesday. It was a front tire speed sensor. I have pics of the "smudge" on my phone and I can email them to anyone interested. There are NO dents anywhere on the car. Several people have told me that it looks like there is a dent on the passenger door. The only thing I can think of is possible shadow or reflection of me taking the pictures. Also, the car has 36k and NOT 34k. This is my daughter's daily driver so mileage may increase slightly. I could not figure out how to do a "true" no reserve auction so I set the reserve at $1 over the starting bid. CHECK OUT THE AUTOCHECK SCORE ON THIS VEHICLE! She is coming up on her senior year in college and we are getting her another vehicle. I bought this from the original owner approximately 18 months ago. She drove it back and forth to college and it now has roughly 34k miles. It has always been serviced with fully synthetic oil and has a new battery. I am setting the reserve at $10,500 because we have found another vehicle and I need to sell it so that I don't lose out on the other deal. The only issue with the car is that my daughter reports the ABS light has been coming on once in a while. I will get that checked out and fixed prior to sale. And there is a small "smudge" on the passenger side door that is shown on the first picture. Not Scratched, just a smudge. I will get it checked out and update shortly.
