Limited Production Porsche - Restoration Project For Sale a limited product ion 924 Turbo Porsche I purchased this car in 1981 with 11,000 miles; drove it for 10 years and the car has been in inside storage for the past 20 years. My intention has been restoration, but I just do not have the time to dedicate to the project, so the car is up for sale to anyone that would like to take on the task. This is a unique model manufactured only in 1980, with 928 Alloy Wheel and Four Wheel 911 Disc Brakes. There are a number of replacement parts that I have picked up over the years for the restoration including a new exhaust pipe, 160 mph speed odometer, heater control unit, radio antenna and the car has a factory reinstalled turbo charger. While in storage, the clear lacquer finish has spider webbed, the threads in the upholstery and steering wheel has decomposed and the engine has not been started in 6-7 years. I have seen this particular model in good running condition (not completely restored) advertise for 16,995, so for the right person this could be a worthwhile project. Asking price is $3,000 OBO considered.
