O'l Red is a 1975 Ford F-100 Ranger Pickup Truck. She still has her strong running 302-V8 engine and her Cruise-O-Matic 3-Speed transmisson with power steering and power brakes. I purchased her about 3 years ago to transport a two man bass boat to the lake and haul items on occassion. I will typically take her out 3-5 times per month. O'l Red has been a reliable truck and I have never had any mechanical problems with her. Her exterior has several "man scars' providing evidence of a truck that was built Ford Tough. The drivers side door and the upper right portion of the front grill have been dinged pretty good and I tried to highlight those areas in the photos. There is a small amount of bubbling/rusting in the lower front panel of the passenger side but nothing serious. (see photo) O'l Red is a great truck. She is not the car show type truck but if you are looking for a strong, solid, mechanically sound classic pickup truck then O'l Red is for you. She makes a great weekend/light work truck. I love this truck and would like to see her go to a good home. I'm only selling her because I just purchase my first new truck and can now haul my bass boat in the new truck.
