1990 Daihatsu Rocky - This SUV was used as a tow behind on a camper, it went from Chicago to Arizona for about10 years. It was placed in storage until I purchased it in August of 2009. After sitting around for 8 years, I spent $2,144.00 to get this great little SUV back on the road on top of the $1500.00 that I payed for the Rocky. So after 4 months of use, I got side-swiped at an intersection. The photo's and the video show the damage to the driver's side. If you have the time and knowlege this would be an easy repair. Or for the cost of a set of rims and tires you can make this a great trail rig. The tops comes off, you can remove the doors, and you a super nice UTV. This can be driven daily. It goes down the road as it should, no damage to frame or drive gear, Everything works! The inside of this Rocky is very clean, the tires are in nice shape - 75%, this is a nice ride that can be fixed or modified to your liking. Daihatsu is a division of TOYOTA .It has a 1.6 liter motor and gets 24 mpg. I have owned a Wrangler,Tracker and a Samurai - the Rocky is the best of the bunch. You can go to youtube and see many vids on these SUV's. They are popular in Europe, Austrailia and South America. The loss of my job has forced the sale.
