Vehicle Detail
This car is a project. As you can see from the pics it has quite a bit of rust. The car is being sold with no reserve, I don't want this thing to go to the crusher, it has many good parts on it still. If the car doesn't sell, tell me what you need and I'll part it out. There is no engine or trans. it originally had the rocket 303 cubic inch motor. The only useable sheet metal is the hood and front fenders, the deck lid is junk. The windows are there just a little cloudy around the edges. What you see is what you get. If you have any questions e-mail with your phone number and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. I bought this car because I have a complete motor and trans that I was gonna swap into it but the car is beyond my abilty and more time than I want to put into it. I have other 49 Olds parts that could be used to bring this back to life that I would be willing to sell seperately that includes the front clip (frame rails, upper and lower control arms with springs, and complete brake drum assembly including the master cylinder) This was off a a running and driving 49 4 door 88 model. I also have a rear end assembly also. Again this auction is for the car only but if you want the extra parts I will add them cheap. Not the motor and trans however, sorry. You can also call me at 631 988-1139 please not after 9PM EST.On May-14-11 at 11:08:17 PDT, seller added the following information: Please, I hate to have to write this but if you have no feedback, zero feedback, less than 5 feedback or negative feedback you must call me or email me as soon as possible preferably before you bid. If I don't hear from you you will risk having your bid retracted. Last year I lost a sale of a truck that didn't run when the guy who won the auction in the last 30 minutes called me to tell me he was coming down with a battery and driving the truck back home.(the truck had a blown motor,as stated in the ad) He had no feedback, and it really pissed me off. Anyway my number is in the ad call me so I know you are serious!
