Vehicle Detail
For sale is a silver 2003 Audi A6 4.2 Quattro (S6). As you can see from the pictures below (click on them to enlarge it), inside and out, the car is perfect. It has every option available from Audi (including extra accessories which will be listed below). The car is magnificent! I challenge you to find something wrong with it! The KBB of this car is over $10000, but I want a quick, cash/cashier's check, and trouble free transaction, so I am pricing it at $10k obo. This Audi is the top of the line A6 (there are three engine options in an A6: 3.0, 2.7T, and the 4.2). The V8 is marvelously powerful, and unbelievable in torque and smoothness. Not only is it a V8, it also has Audi's popular All-wheel drive system (Quattro). Are you ready for the snow? The car is perfect in the summer with a very strong and cold AC plus the moonroof that has two ways of opening. And in the snow, it just makes fun of all other cars with the immense traction and powerful engine. Don't forget the heated seats in the front AND the back plus the heated steering wheel! Transmission is a very smooth 5-speed automatic. Notice this car has the exact same engine, transmission, body kit, and many other things as the S6; except for the stiff and uncomfortable suspension and seats. The seats on this car are very thick and large, that are very comfortable to sit on. I can't explain how good this car is with words, you have to see it to believe it. I have babied it since I got it (I'm the second owner), and have spent plenty of money on it to keep it perfect. I've done ALL of the maintenance. I guarantee that nobody else on Craigslist has done all of their maintenance on an Audi with this many miles (timing belt, etc). Feel free to take my car to a mechanic/dealer to confirm that all the maintenance has been done. The timing belt alone cost me $2500, so don't expect many people to do the 100,000 mile maintenance (sums up to around $5000) on their Audis. Before comparing my car with any other Audi, make sure they've done the very expensive maintenance, as I have. List of options below: Leather seating Leather steering wheel Leather interior Wood trim interior Premium wheels Heated seats in the front Heated seats in the back Heated steering wheel Audi Navigation system Bose sound system Audi symphony CD/tape/radio Auto dim rear view mirrors Auto dim side mirrors Automatic folding side mirrors Compass in rear view mirror Heads up display with stereo info and maintenance/gas mileage info 5-Speed automatic with sport and manual mode Variable steering (easy to spin when slow, stiffer when fast) Automatic adjustable telescopic steering wheel Memory seats (stores up to 3 different seating positions, mirror positions, and steering wheel positions) Electronically adjustable driver and passenger seats with lumbar support Push-out cupholders in front and back Electronic cigarette lighters with ash trays front and back (No, this car has not been smoked in, just has a cool option) Extras: Four Audi carpet mats Four all weather Audi mats (I bought them for $500 from Audi) 2 trunk organizers (in the pictures below: one is opened and the other is in wrapped) Brand new tires and brakes An extra Audi key (Again, bought for $500 from Audi) All of the paperwork (owners manual, Audi symphony manual, etc) Universal Navigation CDs (has all of the maps in the world, the U.S one is in the nav dvd player, and the rest are in a CD case on top. Bought for $450 from Audi) I changed the oil with Mobil 1 synthetic as usual about 200 miles ago (rated at 7500 miles) and a BOSCH performance oil filter. There are plenty of options/extras that I can't remember. These were just the ones off the top of my head. I won't mind trading, but prefer the cash/cashier's check transaction. I will pay the difference if the car is more expensive than mine, and if it is less expensive, I'll accept cash on top. Things that I may be interested in: BMW 3-series/M3 Toyota Solara, FJ-Cruiser, Rav4 Scion tC (my favorite, might even pay you more than the car's worth for it!!) Honda civic or accord coupe Mercedes c-class/clk/slk Nissan Murano Hyundai Tiburon Ford Mustang (nothing ancient) Focus Infiniti anything V6 Mistubishi Lancer Evo Subaru WRX/STi Volkswagen (VW) jetta/golf/gti or anything along the lines of what I've mentioned: small sedans/coupes/SUVs. The ABS light comes on sometimes, and I got it to a dealer and they said one of the sensor wires was messed up or something. $450 is their estimate. You can either contact me beforehand to fix it for you, or get it fixed yourself. Any questions please ask me! I will answer emails even at the last minutes of the auction!!
