Great project car for the Studebaker enthusiast. This is a 1962 Gran Turismo Hawk. It has a V8, manual on the column and dual exhaust. The car originally had A/C but the compressor unit has been removed. The car has been sitting for about about 12 years. It does not run or drive and the brake pedal just pushes right to the floor. The paint is old and faded and there are some dents and body rust as shown in the pictures but the frame looks solid. The interior is in pretty good condition except for the carpet which needs to be replaced. The seats are in good shape as is the dash and gauges. I have inherited this car from my father so I do not know much of the history. The odometer reads 66,269 but it has not worked since at least 1996 when my father bought the car. He probably drove it about 20,000 miles so it has at least 86,000 miles and probably more than that. I have a clear CA title in my name and the car is on non-op status so there are no back fees due. I've tried to capture most of faults in the pictures but keep in mind that this is a project car so there are lots of little things wrong with it. The car is being sold as-is.
