1964 MERCURY COMET CYLCONE 64,000 ORIGINAL MILES 1965 DATED 6 BOLT 289 V-8 C4 AUTO APPROX 325 HP NON HI-PO HYDRAULIC LIFTERS 5000 RPM STALL 411 GEAR 8" REAR ALL SPEED PARTS NOSTALGIC TRACTION MASTERS HOOKER HEADERS CAM-INTAKE-HEADERS-650 HOLLEY BUILT OVER 25 YEARS AGO BLACK INTERIOR GOLD EXTERIOR Description- pulled from dry storage, Barn find!! the car was built to be a street/show racer and 1/4 mile car, this car has not been cut or modified in any way! The car has recently been freshened up and all fluids changed, so you don't have to deal with typical storage issues, Fresh radiator hoses, water pump, fuel pump, fresh rebuild on the Holley 650 double pumper mechanical, new fuel coolant ect.. Brand new duals with crossover pipe and Flow masters. All work done by me at my shop ASE master tech. Still runs the Hi-Po dual point distributor, New battery rebuilt the generator, fuel filters ect.. The car has been driven to shows and ran around for almost a year so its truly a runner! She is fast.. and runs perfect, no issues! All the lights work turn signals ect, Interior is in great shape! seats are soft and carpet is clean headliner is new, The steering wheel is missing the horn ring, and has just been freshly detailed, waxed and buffed.. the body i would rate as an 8/10 it has been repainted about 25 years ago, paint is high quality job, has normal wear and tear small nick here and there, the hood i believe was repainted years ago, there is a small bubbles in the paint above the rear quarters see pictures, there is no rust anywhere visible under the car or trunk! Its and original California car, and its very clean throughout..I make these notes to be completely clear with the potential buyer and there are no issues, However the car shows and looks AMAZING! So don't do this car an injustice by picking it apart! Its turns heads everywhere and gets many compliments. It is a factory Cyclone with the right amount of speed and sweet to make it just right!
